An innovative new-build facility for the world leading refrigeration manufacturer.
The Challenge
A landmark industrial project for our team.
Our project initially started as a furniture enquiry and a workplace audit. However, as Hubbard ran into difficulties with their appointed interior designers and fit out contractors, we were asked to take on both the factory and the office design and build having been impressed by our initial work.
What We Did
Diversifying our knowledge and skillset to deliver the brief.
As the project developed into the full design and build of the factory and the 10,500 sq.ft CAT-B office space within a new-build ‘shed’, we employed specialists in multiple areas to ensure the smooth delivery of the facility.
The project saw us complete varied works both within and outside the factory. We built a BOC Gas Plant delivering Nitrogen, Oxygen and Acetylene to the factory. whilst installing in excess of 40 Tonnes of Steel Framework to create a state of the art development centre on the internal mezzanine.
A new facility providing opportunities for years to come.
Following the successful delivery of the project we continue to support Hubbard as the factory generates new value for their customers and the local community alike.
