A reimagined workplace representative of Ba's new branding and cultural aspirations.
The Challenge
Creating a fluid, collaborative space that embodies their company aspirations and values.
With few build elements to the project, we were creative in our use of colour, texture and planting throughout, enabling us to enhance the workspace in line with our brief. Space optimisation and day-to-day functionality were the key considerations as we developed our scheme in collaboration with the client team.
What We Did
Removing half of the existing desks allowed us to create ‘The Ba Hub’.
A flexible central space providing much needed opportunities for breakout, meetings and collaboration. The Hub provides a variety of work settings, giving colleagues flexibility and choice depending on their given task.
We neatly designed hidden storage facilities into the heart of the office, keeping it easily accessible without impacting the communal space.
Carefully selected flexible furniture pieces enabled us to maximise the the effectiveness of multi-use spaces throughout.
