Two floors. Two distinct functions. One seamless experience.

Daikin needed more than just an office space. They needed a professional home for both their team and their technology. The first floor was to become a light, open, collaborative workspace. The ground floor was set to be a fully immersive, hands-on product training and conference centre designed to power innovation, showcase new launches, and upskill Daikin’s approved installers.

The challenge? Complex technical coordination. Dozens of operational HVAC products had to be safely integrated into a live environment. These needed to be visible, accessible, and functional, all without compromising the look and feel of the space.

We split the project into two strategic phases, starting with the first floor. This space needed to be clean, airy and people-focused, so we kept the palette neutral and calm, layering in texture and warmth with soft flooring and clean-lined furniture. Behind the scenes, we tackled services and layout planning to support an efficient open-plan environment and a smart meeting suite.

Phase two brought the bigger challenge and the real opportunity to innovate. We worked closely with Daikin throughout, adjusting layouts and details as new product specifications came into play. With their team on board every step of the way, we took a collaborative, flexible approach that remained focused on delivering performance without compromise.

On the first floor, we delivered a full CAT B fit out comprising open-plan offices and a crisp meeting suite, all designed with flexibility and clarity in mind.

Downstairs, we transformed a blank canvas into a high-performance, future-facing training and conference hub. A new reception provides a polished welcome into the Daikin experience. The flexible conference space supports both large-scale seminars and smaller, focused events. The heart of the space is the live product display and training area, where fully operational HVAC systems allow approved installers to get hands-on experience. Carefully positioned ceiling features zone different product types, while the overall aesthetic combines light industrial touches with clean, contemporary finishes. Exposed and spray-painted ceilings offer a subtle nod to the technical prowess at play throughout the space.

The space is designed not just to showcase products, but to support real-time interaction, testing and hands-on learning.

Over a 20-week programme, we delivered a dual-purpose destination that reflects the Daikin brand: smart, innovative, and technically spot-on.

The first floor now supports focused work and collaboration in a bright, welcoming environment. The ground floor has become a true showcase for Daikin’s product offering, regularly hosting seminars, technical training sessions, and new product launches.
