James Hornibrook

Pre-Contracts Manager

James is a valued part of the pre-construction team here at Workplace Creations, contributing his great knowledge to the experienced team. James has worked on a great variety of projects in previous roles including LIDL Regional distribution centers, Wembley Stadium boxes and the Bank Of New York.

James has a keen eye for detail which helps to ensure that projects run smoothly whilst working with both the client as well as subcontractors and the Workplace internal team. His responsibilities include surveying new projects and producing cost specifications before working tirelessly throughout the project to ensure that clients needs are met and the job is delivered on time and in budget.

Outside of the office, James has a love of music and football and was a part of the Chelsea FC academy before pursuing his University degree.
