We delivered a CAT B refurbishment project for this Mayfair based Private Equity Investment firm, providing them with a new and luxurious meeting and client suite.
The standalone space would support the business to host a range of different meetings and events in a modern and dynamic setting. The workplace experience would also be enhanced though new staff facilities including showers, quiet meetings rooms, phone booths and informal collaboration spaces.
We worked closely with the client team to carefully define which spaces were required on the first floor and so shaping the planned redevelopment of the third floor office to fulfil the business needs across the new and existing space.
Careful consideration was taken to work closely with an existing brand colour palette to give a crisp look and feel that would wow visitors upon arrival.
A large focus was placed on sustainability and the recycling of existing materials, with everything from flooring, furniture, lighting, glazing and doors being upcycled to help reduce waste.
Flexibility was at the heart of the new meeting facilities with a sliding wall system was chosen to allow for ultimate customisation of the space. It was imperative the AV systems would work seamlessly as independent rooms as well as one larger space.
We coordinated works between the clients nominated AV specialist and our joinery contractors to ensure the AV within the bespoke surrounds and joinery features surpassed expectations.
